If you would like to expedite the mail in of your kit materials to us for production, instead of using your post-paid envelope, please send it to our corporate address which can be found on the About Us page.

Important Note: If you own one of the special fundraising kits shown below, and are confused by the order form, please note that the first item of your order, as well as the Shipping and Handling for that one item, is included in the price of your kit. Also note that if your kit requires a charge for use of photographs, that charge applies only once for the entire order, regardless of how many photographs you submit. Please also note that you must add postage to the return envelope provided in these kits, or it may be returned to you by the Post Office.
